Please present this QR Code upon arrival at the Brooklyn Navy Yard security checkpoint located at the Sand Street Entrance at 299 Sand Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. In the event you cannot access the QR Code, please let the attendant know you are there for the Brooklyn Youth Chorus Port(al) event.
Arrival Information:
Getting to the Venue: The closest access point is the Sand Street Entrance at 299 Sand Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. The Brooklyn Navy Yard is accessible via public transport via the A/C (High Street) and F (York Street) subway lines, B67 bus (Sands St/Navy St), and CitiBike stations. All are within a 5–15 minute walk.
Your Tickets: Please have your PDF tickets readily available on your phone or printed. You will need these to check in.
Check-in Location: Please note that check-in is located at Building 314 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This is across the street from the Agger Fish Building (where the performance takes place).

During the Performance:
Audience Movement: Port(al) is a spatially dynamic performance. You will be moving throughout the Agger Fish Building during the show. Ushers will be present to guide you.
Seating: Seating is limited and consists of non-backed benches for temporary rest. To accommodate all audience members, we ask that able-bodied attendees prioritize seating for those who need it most. A limited number of folding chairs are available for individuals with mobility restrictions. If you need seating assistance, please talk to a staff member upon arrival or email us at ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.
Age Recommendation: Port(al) is recommended for ages 12+. Younger attendees are welcome when accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. Please be aware that the performance includes immersive elements and addresses mature themes that may not be suitable for all ages.
Environment:
The Agger Fish Building is a warehouse space with uneven flooring and variable temperatures. Please dress accordingly.
Theatrical lighting will be used, which may include periods of reduced visibility.
The performance environment may include periods of elevated sound levels and potential percussive noises from external sources.
Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located outside in deluxe portable units and also within the check-in building (Building 314).
Electronics: The use of electronic devices is discouraged. Photo and video recording is prohibited.
